Cooked chicken, in chunks (I usually get one of those deli rotisserie chickens and rip it up, but leftovers are good too... turkey works as well)
Shredded cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 350
Mix in a saucepan until warm:
1 10 3/4 oz can Cream of Chicken soup
2 cups mayo
garlic to taste (I like a lot!)
lemon juice to taste (The sauce should be tangy, not sour)
Steam broccoli just until bright green and tender (I use a small package of Broccoli Wokly)
Arrange the broccoli around the outside edges of a large casserole dish. Arrange chicken chunks in the middle of the broccoli. Spread the sauce over the top, and top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until bubbly at the edges.
This can also be cooked on individual plates.
